Traditional, Black Walnut, Maple Bacon, Pecan, Orange, and Pumpkin Spice have a shelf life of 2 years from bottling date.
Basil, Citrus Sour, Ginger, Honey, Lavender, Mint, Rosemary, Compassion Fruit, and White Peach have a shelf life of 8 months.
Hibiscus, Classic Grenadine, and Pomegranate have a shelf life of 3 months.
All of our syrups are made with the highest quality fresh, natural, perishable ingredients and anything we could do or add to lengthen shelf life would affect taste. We chose to trade lengthy shelf life for fresh, natural flavor — and we think you’ll agree it was worth it.

We loved the Pecan. It went down so smooth. Just takes the bite off the bourbon. Maybe they went down too smooth.

The trial set was great. The flavors are all individually distinct, but all wonderful. They are all distinctly an old fashioned, but with interesting and deep flavors. I am so glad I got the trial set, as I assumed I would prefer the traditional. Yet, after trying them, the traditional was third on my list behind Orange and Black Walnut. Honestly, if you or someone you know likes an old fashioned every now and then, this set is perfect. Also would make a great gift for most anyone.
Quality mixes are a difference maker! Uses less per ounce of spirit with a better result! Tried cheaper store bought and quickly noticed the disappointment. I am back with Proof Mixes to stay!

Great mix that creates a very good old fashioned every time. Using Woodford Reserve for the bourbon but several of my friends use just about any “good” bourbon with great results.
Got the mini set as a Christmas gift (cuz I said I really wanted it). All of the flavors are fantastic. The Orange and Traditional are my favorites (just ordered a big bottle of the Orange). Looking forward to trying more. My Old Fashions are now perfect! Proof will now be a permanent part of my home bar. Love it and highly recommend it.

Traditional Proof takes all the guess work from adding bitters to muddling a sugar cube for the perfect Old Fashioned. It's the an exceptional blend & definitely a time saver. I have the sampler & waiting to share these other flavors with friends soon.
I have been a fan of Proof for awhile but never strayed from the traditional flavor, so I had to try the sampler set. I’ve already finished the Maple Bacon and Pecan, and I’m planning to try the Black Walnut next. The Maple Bacon was stronger in flavor than Pecan but both were very good. Looking forward to finishing them all!

I had been on the fence about buying such a big bottle, but boy that maple bacon sure looked good. When I saw the other flavors, I really couldn’t make up my mind. Was so happy to see the sampler pack for sale. Now I want them all. So good and so easy! We’ve shared with friends and they are all pleasantly surprised and wanting their own bottle. These will be in regular rotation in our house for sure. Great product!!
My wife had bought me one large bottle and I loved it. I wanted to try different Proof flavors so the sample bottles was convenient. This makes mixing cocktails easier and adventurous.
The Old Fashioned is my cocktail of choice and I've been drinking them and making them for quite some time. I've never been able to duplicate the flavors I get from a professionally made Old Fashioned until Proof came along. I tried the sample set and have come to enjoy my homemade Old Fashioneds as much as my bar purchased ones, if not more because mine are less expensive! Kudos to Proof!
I loved the mini sampler. Before I bought the sampler, I only tried the traditional proof syrup. I was hesitant about a couple flavors in the pack (specifically black walnut and pecan). After trying all of the flavors the black walnut was one of my favorites. Because all of them being so good, I’m looking at buying one a full size sampler so I can have all my favorite flavors on hand.
