Proof Syrup makes great cocktails easy. I like to use Michter’s straight rye in a two to one oz. ratio with Proof Sazarac Syrup. I was out of lemons for garnish, butd egg izzled two drops of straight lemon juice down the side of the glass and threw in a couple ice cubes to an already chilled glass

My husband loves the Sazerac mixer. Wish you would offer it as a subscription.

I've got all the ingredients to make a Sazerac from scratch, and have done so, but using Proof's Sazerac cocktail syrup is easier and the cocktail tastes better, too! The flavor is great, and you even get that little hint of anise as if you'd rinsed the glass with absinthe. It's a little more expensive than their other syrups, but is definitely one of my favorites.

For those living in NC, 2oz Southern Star Double Rye from Southern Distilling with 1/2oz of Sazerac syrup, stir with ice, strain into glass….. Ahhhhh!

Two things:
1. Great product. Tastes great, easy to make. And it’s worth the price, even though it’s expensive.
2. Terrible On the Time it took to Get it. It took more than a month to get it from the time I placed the order. I will likely not order again because of how long it took.

This is so good and so easy! I like orange juice in mine. It is yummy! Thank you, Proof!

Excellent with both bourbon and cognac. Nice herby flavor with right amount of sweetness.

Wasn't sure what to expect with Proof Syrup's new Sazerac Syrup. I decided to try my first experience with this product, mixing it with Cognac. I was more than surprised at how the anise flavors came out, making this syrup unique and special.

Perfect addition to my bar, and couldn’t be simpler to assemble, Sazerac syrup is the perfect way to create the ideal cocktail. Your job is only to sip, relax, enjoy, and repeat! Classics never disappoint. Classic cocktails and Proof Syrup are a marriage made in heaven.

The Sazerac is spot on! It’s better than most places near me can make.
