- 2 oz Tequila
- ¾ oz Rosemary Proof Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
- 3 oz Club Soda to Top
- Lime Wedge & Rosemary to Garnish
- Measure tequila, Proof Syrup, and grapefruit juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with rosemary and lime wedge.
