- 2 oz Mezcal
- ½ oz Lavender Proof Syrup
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tbsp. Dried Lavender to Garnish
- Salt for Rim of Glass (Optional)
- Grapefruit Wedge to Garnish
- Measure mezcal, Proof Syrup, and grapefruit juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
- Garnish with dried lavender and grapefruit wedge.
