Hibiscus Margarita: Shake 2 oz tequila or mezcal, ½ oz Cointreau, ¼ to ½ oz Hibiscus Proof Syrup, and 1 oz Margarita Proof Syrup with ice. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with lime wheel and/or a hibiscus flower (sold in jars in fancy and semi-fancy grocery stores; look near the cocktail cherries), and serve.
