- 1/2 oz Honey Proof Syrup
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Grapefruit Twist to Garnish
Knife or Vegetable Peeler
- Measure bourbon, Proof Syrup, and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker; add ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit twist.
