Batch, Please: How To Make Batch Cocktails With Proof Syrup

By batch-mixing cocktails with Proof — or serving up a bowl of Proof punch — you can cut out the mess and hassle of individually mixing drinks, and spend more time with your guests.
Here are three of our favorites:
1/2 cup of Proof, Any Flavor
500 ml of Bourbon or Rye
Garnish as Desired
1/2 cup Proof Pecan
1 cup Rum
1/2 cup Lime Juice
32 oz (about 3 12-oz bottles) Hard Cider
Lime Wheels to Garnish
3/4 cup Proof Pumpkin Spice
1 cup Gin
1 cup Aperitivo Cocchi Americano (or Dry Vermouth)
1/2 cup Allspice Dram (Store-Bought or Homemade)
3/4 cup Lime Juice
3/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Cranberry Juice
