Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila
  • ½ oz Maple Bacon Proof Syrup
  • ¾ oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
  • ¾ Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer to Top
  • Lime Wedge to Garnish

  • Collins Glass

Method

  1. Measure tequila, Proof Syrup, chili liqueur, and lime juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top with ginger beer, give a quick stir, and garnish with lime wedge.
