Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Pecan Proof Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
  • ½ oz Creme de Violet
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • Club Soda to Top
  • Lemon Wheel to Garnish

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure all ingredients into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with lemon wheel.
