Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Pecan Proof Syrup
  • ¾ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Soda to Top

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure vodka, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda.
