I bought the maple bacon syrup and it did not taste like maple bacon. I then bought this pumpkin spice and it does not taste like pumpkin spice. These syrups are syrups, but nobody I serviced this too can taste any pumpkin.

I absolutely love your products. I have four different flavors and now the Pumpkin Spice. I made the Pumpkin Spice Margaritas for some friends and we all thought the drink was delicious, and yes the cinnamon sugar rim put the drink over the top! The pumpkin flavor was subtle and not overly sweet, just the right amount of that fall flavor we all love. All of your syrups create professional drinks without the hassle and expense of having a lot of excess products in the pantry. Keep up the good work and keep surprising us with more flavor combinations.

The pumpkin spice proof definitely makes for a smoother drink. I love pumpkin spice I only rated it okay because I couldn't taste the pumpkin spice unless I drank it straight over ice. I have already purchased the set as a Christmas gift for my SIL who is a connoisseur of whiskey. I know he will have a much better review of your products than me. I would love to try a few others.

I have purchased the original, pecan, ,pumpkin and maple bacon. They are all fabulous but my favorite is the maple bacon! The only problem is so does everyone else so it doesn't last long at my house. I have tried lots of mixers but PROOF is by far the best!!!!

I think the pumpkin spice craze sometimes goes too far, but not so with this delicious Pumpkin Spice Proof Old Fashioned Syrup. I thought it would be good, but I was very surprised...it's actually great, and is perhaps my favorite Proof Syrup so far. The pumpkin spice is definitely there, but not so strong that it overshadows the bourbon or whatever spirit you used to make a cocktail. Highly recommended.

I ordered the pumpkin spice last year for an old fashioned drink for myself and guests and it was phenomenal. This year I hoped to replicate that same experience but the bottle we purchased just wasn’t the same. Very little pumpkin or spice flavor compared to last year. It’s a shame because it’s a great product. Was just a little let down as it was a hit last year and it’s a bit pricey.

Thirty seconds from heaven! I am a huge pumpkin fan and the pumpkin beer seems a little thin this year, so I tried this. So happy I bought three bottles of the stuff from the get go. The pumpkin flavor is just enough to know you are not drinking a normal Old Fashion. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer for this stuff!

The pumpkin spice syrup makes a nice old fashioned, but not a pumpkin spiced old fashioned. The syrup needs a lot more pumpkin spice added to it. Tasting the syrup on its own you can taste the spices, but after mixing it with the bourbon at the ration listed on the bottle, all that pumpkin spice flavor is lost.

It's just OK. I was hoping for a bit more pumpkin, but IMO it just OK. A tad on the sweet side. Need to try it with something other than bourbon, so that might change my mind. Not sure I would order again, at least today.

This Proof Syrup will make you that smooth traditional Old Fashioned that you've longed to enjoy during the pandemic ... with a few caveats. There's no way that this will make 32 cocktails unless you like your Old Fashioned to taste like pure whiskey. The 1/2 ounce syrup to 2 ounces of whiskey (a 1:4 ratio) doesn't do it for me – and I like strong drinks. The combination that works best for me, and most closely matches the restaurants/bars is a 1:2 ratio (1oz syrup + 2oz whiskey) with a splash of distilled water to really hit it on the head.
Unfortunately, I didn't taste anything that reminded me of pumpkin spice. It's also extremely pricey at $36 a bottle (after 10% discount!!!) for what is really just 16 "servings". My delivery somehow took 17 days from Dallas (major hub) to Atlanta (another major hub). It was in Atlanta for 8 days because they use the cheapest FedEx SmartPost delivery service, which hands off to the Post Office for "last mile" delivery. Really disappointing. Overall, the value proposition is not there for me. It might be a $20 bottle if it tasted like pumpkin spice and they can get it to you in 3 days.

I have tried a few Proof syrups in the past and have been very impressed, but this one left me a little disappointed. I don’t get very much at all in the way of pumpkin spice notes in the syrup. It tastes sweet, but that’s all. I was hoping that this would be a great addition to some fall cocktails, but it looks like I need to make my own.
