Ingredients

  • 1 oz Mezcal
  • ½ oz Maple Bacon Proof Syrup
  • ¾ oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueure
  • ½ oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
  • ¾ oz Lime Juice
  • Lime Wheel to Garnish

 

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure mezcal, chile liqueur, banana liqueur, lime juice, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with lime wheel.
