- ½ oz Maple Bacon Proof Syrup
- ¾ oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueure
- ½ oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- Lime Wheel to Garnish

Method
- Measure mezcal, chile liqueur, banana liqueur, lime juice, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
