  • ½ oz Citrus Sour Proof Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Grapefruit Soda to Top
  • Lime Wheel to Garnish

Method

  1. Measure tequila, juice, and Proof Syrup into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins or highball glass; top with grapefruit soda.
  3. Garnish with lime wheel.

Variation: For a less-sweet, lower-calorie cocktail, increase the Citrus Sour Proof Syrup to a full ounce and use grapefruit sparkling water instead of soda.
