Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Maple Bacon Proof Syrup
  • 2 oz Rye
  • 3/4 oz Your Favorite Amaro (We like Cardamaro or Cynar in this recipe.)
  • Orange Twist to Garnish

 

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Mixing Glass
  • Strainer
  • Double Old Fashioned Glass

 

Method

  1. Stir rye, Proof Syrup, and amaro in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Fill double Old Fashioned glass with ice if you prefer this drink on the rocks; it can also be served up.
  3. Strain cocktail into a double Old Fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with orange twist.
