Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Pecan Proof Syrup
  • 1 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Hard Cider (to Top)
  • Lime Wheel to Garnish

 

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure rum, Proof Syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker; add ice.
  2. Shake until well combined.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with hard cider.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel.
