Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Cognac
- ½ oz Maple Bacon Proof Syrup
- ½ oz Peche de Vigne peach liqueur
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White

- Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Method
- Measure cognac, peach liqueur, lemon juice, egg white, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add one whole ice cube (the kind most refrigerators make).
- Shake until ice cube is dissolved; egg white should be frothy when finished.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
