  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure cognac, peach liqueur, lemon juice, egg white, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add one whole ice cube (the kind most refrigerators make).
  2. Shake until ice cube is dissolved; egg white should be frothy when finished.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
