Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz Silver Tequila
  • ½ oz Black Walnut Proof Syrup
  • ¾ oz Aperol Aperitivo
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • Pink Himalayan Salt for Rim of Glass
  • Club Soda to Top
  • Lime Wheel to Garnish

  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins Glass

 

Steps

  1. Salt rim of glass; set aside.
  2. Measure tequila, Aperol, both juices, and Proof Syrup into shaker; add ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Fill prepared Collins glass with ice; strain shaker contents into glass.
  4. Top with club soda, give a quick stir, garnish with lime wheel.
