  • 1 ½ oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Mojito Proof Syrup
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Sparkling Wine to Top (About 2 oz)
  • Mint Leaves to Garnish

Steps

  1. Measure rum, Proof Syrup, 2 dashes of bitters, and lime juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
