Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Pecan Proof Syrup
  • 1 oz Aperitivo Cocchi Americano
  • ½ oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Wedge to Garnish

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins Glass

Method

  1. Measure gin, Cocchi, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and Proof Syrup into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedge.
