- 2 cups Your Favorite Aged Spirit (We love bourbon, aged rum, and mellow ryes for this recipe.)
- ½ cup Proof Syrup — Traditional, Maple Bacon, Orange, Pecan, Pumpkin Spice, or Black Walnut
- Strips of Orange Peel to Garnish
- Measure Proof Syrup and spirit into pitcher; stir to combine; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, stir again, then pour mixture into ice-filled rocks glasses.
- Garnish each glass with orange peel.
Variations: If using Maple Bacon Proof Syrup, garnish with a crisp slice of bacon. If using Pumpkin Spice Proof Syrup, garnish with a cinnamon stick.
