- ¾ oz Proof Traditional
- 1 ½ oz Brugal Dark Rum
- ¾ oz St George Spiced Pear
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Lime Wheel to Garnish
- Measure spirits, Proof Syrup, and lime juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Float a lime wheel on top (if desired) to garnish.
