Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Proof Traditional
  • 1 ½ oz Brugal Dark Rum
  • ¾ oz St George Spiced Pear
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • Lime Wheel to Garnish

 

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

 

Method

  1. Measure spirits, Proof Syrup, and lime juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Float a lime wheel on top (if desired) to garnish.
