Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Campesino Dark Rum
  • ½ oz Pecan Proof Syrup
  • ½ oz Orange Curacao
  • 1 oz Lime Juice

 

Tools

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Nick & Nora Glass

 

Steps

  1. Measure Pecan Proof Syrup, both rums, Orange Curacao, and lime juice into a shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with champagne.
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
