- 1 ½ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz Campesino Dark Rum
- ½ oz Pecan Proof Syrup
- ½ oz Orange Curacao
- 1 oz Lime Juice

- Measure Pecan Proof Syrup, both rums, Orange Curacao, and lime juice into a shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with champagne.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
