- ½ oz Honey Simple Syrup

Method
- Measure bourbon, Honey Simple Syrup, and Whiskey Sour Proof Syrup (or lemon juice if using) into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
