Method

  1. Measure bourbon, Honey Simple Syrup, and Whiskey Sour Proof Syrup (or lemon juice if using) into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist.
