- 2 oz Rye
- 3/4 oz Your Favorite Amaro (We like Cardamaro or Cynar in this recipe.)
- Orange Twist to Garnish

Method
- Stir rye, Proof Syrup, and amaro in a mixing glass with ice.
- Fill double Old Fashioned glass with ice if you prefer this drink on the rocks; it can also be served up.
- Strain cocktail into a double Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
