Mix up the fastest mojito and the easiest julep ever — and do it perfectly, every single time — with Mint Proof Syrup. Using organic cane sugar and our own proprietary tincture, our syrup makers captured the fresh, cool, invigorating flavor of fresh mint leaves in this perfectly balanced syrup. 

Proof Mojito: Shake 2 oz white rum, ½ oz Mint Proof Syrup, and ½ oz lime juice with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with club soda, give a quick stir, and garnish with mint leaves.

Try Mint Proof Syrup in a Southside Fizz, a legit classic that allegedly was Al Capone’s beverage of choice. And then there are more recent creations like the Old Cuban — invented by legendary bartender Audrey Saunders in 2001 and described by Diffords as “a luxurious, minty daiquiri topped with a splash of champagne.” Swoon. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? Here’s a little something to get you started:



2 oz Gin 

1 oz  Mint Proof Syrup 

¾ oz Lemon Juice  

Club Soda to Top

Lemon Wedge to Garnish


1. Shake gin, Proof Syrup, and lemon juice until well combined. 

2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with club soda.

3. Garnish with lemon wedge.


The Southside is equally (albeit differently) delicious without the club soda. And let's say you've got limes galore and not even a single lemon in the house; no worries, a lime Southside Fizz is delicious, too.
