We’re from Alabama, home of Chilton County peaches, and we invented Proof in Georgia, home of still more peaches, so us making a peach syrup had a distinct whiff of inevitability about it. Our goal was to make it so perfect, so natural, so wildly peachy that when you sip on your peach smash or Bellini or what have you, you might involuntarily swipe a napkin at your chin like you were catching the drips off a ripe, juicy peach. Is that weird? Probably, and truth be told, it hasn't happened to anyone so far. But White Peach Proof Syrup is still deliciously juicy and sweet, with that fuzzy peachy finish that makes peaches peaches.
