Passion Fruit Daiquiri

Ingredients 

• 2 oz Aged Rum
• 1 oz John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum
• 1 oz Compassion Fruit Proof Syrup
• ¾ oz Lime Juice
• Lime Wheel to Garnish

Tools

• Jigger
• Shaker
• Strainer
• Coupe Glass

Steps

1. Measure rum, lime juice, falernum, and Proof Syrup into cocktail shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with lime wheel.
